Players are responsible for simulator equipment. Any damage caused by failure to follow these rules will result in financial compensation to ICG.

Ensure that your clubs are clean. Towels and cleaning solution are available.

Please wear clean shoes - NO SPIKES

Only use the balls provided.

Keep all food and drink off the artificial turf.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult

Guests acknowledge that photography and or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Safety

Only ONE person in the hitting bay at a time unless during formal instruction.

Golfers and spectators need to be alert at ALL TIMES, keeping a safe distance within the range of swing.

Swinging should ALWAYS happen on the marked hitting mat only.

Shots MUST be directed toward the screen. Absolutely NO throwing balls or clubs.

Etiquette

PACE OF PLAY WILL BE ENFORCED. If you are not finished by the end of your scheduled time, you may be asked to quickly complete the hole you are on, so the next group can start on time.

Please leave the simulator room neat and orderly when you leave. There may not be ample time for a thorough cleaning in between patrons.
