Weekly Play

1. A $100 one time per team league fee must be paid by your first match.

2. Each player MUST open a free E6 account to be eligible to play. This can be done prior to your first match at portal.e6golf.com. Please remember your password as you will be required to login before play. Once ready to begin, follow posted on-location instructions to find each week’s match.

3. Teams must play each week’s match starting on Sunday- Saturday. The new week starts every Sunday.

4. League matches should be played AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE during week days to keep the bay open for peak times during the weekends.

5. You are responsible for scheduling your weekly match at ironcavegolf.com under the ‘Schedule a Tee Time’ button.

6. Be sure to schedule ample time. Proficient teams can finish a nine hole course in 45 minutes. If you fail to complete the course, each unfinished hole will receive a triple bogie.

7. Matches CAN be played in advance. However, once the scheduled week is over, you CANNOT play the prior week. The system automatically closes the match out.

8. If you miss a week of play, you will receive a score based on the triple bogie per hole rule for that match.

9. NO SUBSTITUTIONS are allowed. For this reason, it may be a good idea to play a week or two ahead if so desired.

10. Teams are welcome to play with (at the same time) as other teams as long as everyone is logged in.

11. Mulligans are removed from the match options and all other settings are pre-set.

12. Absolutely NO teeing up anywhere other than the Tee Box.

Handicaps and Scoring

1. Everyone will start with a zero handicap. Handicaps will be recalculated weekly.

2. Second match handicap will be determined by taking 80% times the total strokes taken over par from the first match gross score. Third match handicap will be determined by taking 80% times the total strokes over par from the sum of the first match gross score and the second match gross score and then divided by 2 and so on for each consecutive match.

3. Teams will receive 5 points for 1st place, 4 points for 2nd place, and 3 point for third place.

4. Teams are eligible for extra points based on play per hole: .25 pts - Par .50 pts - Birdie 1.0 pt - Eagle

End of Season / Awards

1. Winners will be determined by highest amount of total points. In the event of a tie, your overall score, without handicap, will be used.

2. PLEASE NOTE: The E6 leaderboard on portal.e6golf.com will NOT be accurate due to the addition of points and potential unfinished holes/games. Standings will be posted or emailed weekly.

3. Payout will be determined based on amount of teams registered by week 1 and awarded after all teams complete week 12.
